Soil

• we have brought in A LOT of topsoil!
• ammendments include: topsoil, our compost, rabbit manure, cover crops, leaf mulch, sand, peat, minerals etc...
• we are aprox. 98% organic, using natural pesticide such as BT and pyrethrin in almost all cases.
• we have worked to find varieties happy with our conditions.

Automation

• self-watering Terrazza planting boxes (resevoir of water in each box )

Pollination

• visited by many different pollinators such as squash bees, bumbles, orchard bees etc...

Nature

• NO DEER!!! We are fenced and have never had deer
• plenty of wildlife: birds, butterflies, frogs etc...
